General Site Information:-

All items on the Toyz And Gamez website are listed in pounds stirling(GBP's,£).Toyz And Gamez aim to supply correct information all the time,although we do have the right to remove a product if we list an item incorrectly or at an incorrect price.Stock levels are an estimate,and although usually correct,if an item is unfortunately out of stock after an order is made we will contact you within 72 hours and offer you the option of it being placed on back order.Images are copyright Toyz And Gamez and we ask for you not to use these images unless you have our permission to use them.All pricing and special offers are exclusive to the online store and may differ to the retail shop.Online offers will not be matched instore,although general item prices will be. All credit cards are accepted including American Express. Cheques will only be accepted in GBPs sterling.

Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched via either Royal Mail(UK,International) or a courier(UK and Europe).We are not responsible for their delivery times.Europe and International orders can take up to 2 weeks from dispatch date to arrive.We do not send items recorded unless this is requested at the customers cost.We do not insure products unless this is requested at the customers cost.Any item which fails to arrive at the requested destination will be replaced after a claim is put through the delivery company,this can take up to 6 weeks before a refund is given via the postal service used.

Pre-Order/Back Order Information:-

All pre-orders and Back Order items are dealt with on a first come,first served basis.Many of our pre-orders are discounted to encourage customers to pre-order with us.We pride ourselves on being one of the first companies in the UK to receive new items,but we are not responsible for delays which are no fault of our own.Pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless we agree in some circumstances,refunds will not be given if the cancellation is simply by customers choice,we will offer alternative items at the same value.If an order includes instock and pre-order/back order items we will not send until the whole order is available,there are some circumstances we may part-ship if shipping costs cover this cost.We do recommend if you want items "in stock" shipped straight away,to buy these on a seperate order.

Returns Policy

We ask you to choose your purchases very carefully to save unneccessary costs at a later date.We will exchange or refund an unwanted item if returned to us unopened within 7 days of purchase, but we will not refund shipping costs in this instance.If a product is faulty or broken please return for a replacement,or a refund if the same product is not available.We will only exchange faulty items for the same product,no exceptions.Any item we believe is faulty due to being mis-treated will be returned to the manufacturer for a check to be carried out.This can take 2-4 weeks.

Some useful description of terms used on our website:-

Pre-Order:-

This is ordering an item before it is released, we will usually have accuate dates for when to expect these items. Pre-ordering an items means yu can sit back and stop worrying about missing out on your favourite figures.

Back Order:-

Same as a pre-order, but Back order means it has been released and previously in stock.

Special Order:-

This is an order for an item we do not stock but can obtain from our suppliers.

Unboxed:-

Very occasionally we may have items supplied to us which contain no packaging, we refer to these as unboxed. Unless stated otherwise these items will still be brand new.

US/UK/Japanese Version:-

Sometimes items from different locations may alter slightly, usually on packaging. If there is a difference which we feel may alter a customers choice of purchase we will include details of what version of the item is being supplied.
